Each massage is uniquely tailored to your needs during that particular session.  There is no extra cost to you whether cupping, deep tissue, or myofascial techniques are used. Throughout any massage there must be clear communication as to the correct amount of pressure, any discomfort, or soreness.  Please feel free & comfortable to communicate before, during, & after the massage. This helps us to work together as a team to ensure you receive the best care possible.
